  • Eager to learn!

I'm very new to repossession.. Went out with a friend just 1 night and knew it was for me.finally found a company willing to train me.but I see there is so much to learn.actually sent me out to get a voluntary today. If anyone on here doesn't mind giving a newbie some suggestions I would appreciate it..and if anyone in NY willing to show me the ropes you won't regret it.I'm a hard worker and very motivated! Thank you

Take the CRA ( Certified Recovery Agent) course website www.rsiguniversity.com, it will help educate you on what you can and can't do using the federal laws as well as the state you live in. Your new employer adheres the CFPB guidelines for non-banks and banks may fay the fee or repay your expense since they require education on collection and repossession laws in your state as well as federal.

How long have you been doing this that they sent you to do a voluntary repo already?
