So far I have a 100% recovery rate on all accepted assignments from CARS. That's not bad paper.

I have heard nothing but good things about CARS. We do not do forwarders, but we did I would be courting Kelly.

                    work

We use to get a ton of work from them and little by little it dried up. Wonder where it all went?

What area do you cover? I will be more than happy to ask our agent services dept to see what's going on.

                        PRAREPO.

Be prepared to wait an eternity to get work from C.A.R.S. , the way i have been told is and i quote " we are so saturated with repo companies when we get an assignment in your area you will have other companies ahead of you " So i asked "what about the numerous credit unions and banks that have called in and requested us personally to handle their repo's ?" and i got no real answer. So Mr. PRAREPO, please don't hold your breath for this company. And in response to being bad paper... I wouldn't have a clue ... i wish we got work so i could comment on it .

Depending on what area you cover, we may well be saturated with agents. There is, in fact, a waiting list. Why do we have a wait list? Because we are great company to work with, pay net 30, treat our agents with the respect they deserve and we don't dictate pricing. Bottom line, we couldn't provide the services we do without topnotch agents.

If you have a lender who currently works with us and has requested you be added to our preferred agent list and haven't been, please contact me ASAP. I will see to it that it gets corrected.

                            wait list

All I have ever heard was they have great paper. I along with a few others have been waiting a while to get a chance to do there work. It looks like work is picking back up and hopefully that will happen soon.

I understand your frustration but instead of slamming them why dont you just ask Kelly. I have spoken with her and she is absolutely delightful to conversate with and totally honest and I just don't get why you said all that without trying to resolve the problem first without trying to make them look bad. Please do not mistake this for an attack on you in any way but mud slinging even if its true is not going to get you anywhere.

                                ARBTEXAS.

Thanks for the reply , and just so everyone knows, we have tried to remedy this problem. We all understand that the market is in a weird place right now and that this is our slow part of season. What my main concern is if CARS is truly using this system of the senior agents get the work first and then the newly signed on companies, then how will we ever see work ? Will it roll down to us once they cant find the unit or are just tired of working the same paper ? Also my biggest issue was i know personally that credit unions have called in and requested our services specifically and yet we still did not receive the assignment. Again thank you for the comment but we have tried to fix this , and for the record kelly is a very nice and professional lady to speak with, she treated me well.
