Hmmm where should I begin my rant?

How about pay close fees. Working for free gets old.

Stop asking me to update empty and burned out houses.

I work for BB & T Bank. I am not the person that decides which adjusters we use, just trying to learn more about how things work on our end.

How about a shot at running the account before you decide to cancel it and give it to my competitor.

My issue is you recieve returned mail before we accept the account usually, if we had this information before I sent my driver out, I could do some light skiptracing. We service such large areas nowadays and people typically stay in the same town. My driver could verify that address is bad and proceed to the new address.

Sou, I am not sure if we get the returned mail to the recovery department or not. I have never seen any returned mail here.

Thanks for the comments and I will pass these things on in our next meeting.

Never dual assign the same address to two companies in that area you will get some one killed. We had a repo company got the debtor so mad when we drove up on the property 30 min later and he came out side and shot up the tow truck. This was the first time we ran the case.
