I do not know why you would want to work them any how.
They are slimeballs and that is pulling a punch by calling them that. It is an insult to slimeballs.

Interesting statements by all!!! I still cannot understand ,after all these years in business why ANYONE would take an assignment on a contingency basis......I am NOT in the loan business I am in the repossession business...If your collateral is not where you say it should be,that is NOT my fault or problem.I have a client that has a saying..." Kenney, you pay for what you get". Very very true!! I hear alot of people complaining about forwarders. There will always be people out there willing to work for less. They usually do NOT stay in business very long.

            Renovo is a great company

First of I used to work for RENOVO before moving cities for another job of a different type.

RENOVO IS A GREAT COMPANY to work for. I was an agent with the in the HOUSTON Texas area. I have also worked for other repo companies out here.

            LET ME TELL YA

RENOVO pays more than most companies EVER WILL on repos both non consent and consent.

You can not listen to a lot of people on here because they are the LITTLE guys, and RENOVO is a CORPORATE repo company.

They offer HEALTH COVERAGE, DISABILITY, and HIGH PAY a lot of other companies have NONE of that.

I was making anywhere from 2.5 grand to 10 grand a week to two weeks. working for them out here. ALL COMMISSION!

            AS FOR THE BAD REP

THEY ARE A SELF HELP REPO COMPANY meaning ONE MAN ONE TRUCK!
So if you get into trouble it is just YOU and YOU ALONE! So a few bad apples can cause trouble if they do not know how to resolve conflicts or back down when guns or knives are drawn!

THIS IS NOT TV you can not tackle guys or argue with them when THEY HAVE WEAPONS! LOL.

Renovo's stance is they train you on YOUR STATE LAWS and if you violate them YOU are a SELF HELP REPO MAN and it is YOUR FAULT! This is the same for most companies following the SELF HELP repo guide or business plan.

SELF HELP repo guys are also paid MORE because they work alone and have more liability on themselves.

Bottom line is like with any other repo company it is UP TO YOU to be the responsible party and remember that YOU are the one taking someone's life blood and ability to get to work or school AWAY FROM THEM! So you have to be able to diffuse complex situations and stressful ones.

From an AGENT stand point renovo is ****ING AWESOME IF YOU CAN HOLD YOUR OWN AND BE RESPONSIBLE AND FOLLOW YOUR SATE LAWS!

              @SURETY

ALL REPOS ARE CONTINGENCY BASED WHETHER YOU KNOW IT OR NOT!
The fact is NO FINANCE company ON EARTH without a GPS system installed on vehicles which is NOT common KNOWS 24/7 WHERE A VEHICLE will be! IT IS UP TO THE PARTY WHO BOUGHT THE VEHICLE AND ISN'T PAYING FOR IT TO UPDATE THEIR REGISTRATION info with the FINANCE CO. which is how the finance company knows where the vehicle should be.

i still stick to my guns..... renovo= trouble.... they are mostly scab drivers who either have no insurance or at best are under insured that work for pennies on the dollar.

I call BS on this that says 10 grand in 2 weeks at $85 per car that is alnost 60 cars a week. Sorry but ther is no way 1 man in one truck can pull that many in that time frame.

                              I agree!

I was shot in the head in Houston Sept 29th, 2011. I'm lucky and blessed to be alive! The cops haven't even arrested the guy that shot me yet. All because he said he was in fear for his life. I was unarmed! And, by the way, if you know the repoman is coming(I called Him earlier and he threatened to kill me), how can you justify self-defense? I have 6 kids and 3 step-children who almost lost their daddy because some deadbeat didnt wanna pay his bills! And we as Repossesors get accussed of making a liviing off of other peoples misfortune! HA! Thats sucha copout and smells like bullshit!
