ALBANY- A 29-year-old man pleaded guilty to criminal weapons possession after a repossession company found a gun in his car.
Isaiah Anderson of Albany faces five years in prison after a private property repossession company discovered an illegal weapon in his vehicle. According to the district attorney’s office, the company discovered an uncovered and loaded .380 Baretta handgun while doing a routine check of his vehicle prior to repossessing it. The company then notified authorities.
Anderson is not allowed to legally possess a hand gun as a result of having two prior felony convictions.
