      I followed my dads and I wouldn't want my son to do the same. It ain't the same industry like it was. It just ain't worth the aggravation,stress and time anymore. Not to mention the gap from a large pay check to no pay check.

        The times have certainly changed. Most of us are not getting rich like a business owner should. Just making a living rally.

            I look at it this way, If he wants to ok i will suport him. My 12yo is alrady planing what his first truck will be and a sneaker lift is on top of the list

              I would discourage him but support him if he really wanted to.I would also tell him to stay away from South Central.I've worked out there 12 years,it can be crazy.

                  My daughter no way in hell....

                  My son, it's his choice, I built the company for him to take over someday, but I would not be heartbroken if he said no.

                        Our business is family owned and operated if my kids choose to be in the business that's there choice o will support them 100% in what ever they choose as a career when they are older.
