The past couple weeks

Have you guys/gals noticed a quick slowdown in new orders but a pickup in old assignment recovery?

Not all. We are busier now than the last 12 months.

I picked up 17 units Monday thru Wednesday, company over all picked up 32 in the same time frame, it was a great week.

60 invols on the books so far this month.

We are steady as always.

We have picked up about 125 self helps, 30 voluntary turn ins and did about 10 field visits.

64% recovery rate.

That is since Wednesday at 5pm.

I do not have the totals for the last 4 days yet.

I am hoping to hit are usual 150 for the month.

Our work has doubled since last year this time. We considered selling some trucks last year and glad we decdied not to.

Maybe you need to self evaluate.

You could be doing something wrong and not realize it.

Are you a 1 man show, or do you have any more people? If you have more than 1, and you dont ride together, switch out the run sheets. Sometimes all you need is a different set of eyes to give it a nudge in the right direction.

If none of those fit, evaluate your client(s) and the paper they are sending. Good luck
