  • PAR and dual and tripple assigning orders

Why is it that PAR seems to think they can assign an order to me and two other companies in other states because they have no idea where their debtor is? Thee other agent finds it after all 3 of us have been running the accounts for a month straight and then only he gets paid.

Do you clients do this? Who does it most forwarders, title loans, by here pay here lots or direct finance companys?

PAR sends me a lot of work, but this is getting old.

Take it the chin C and S since you agreed to work for them!

A lot of work does not mean lots of profit when you work for people that do not pay you what you are worth.

No need to be a smart ***. He answered your question if you read it the right way. Welcome to what forwarders do, If you dont like it then dont run it.

I had that happen several times.
Once I found out that an account was double assigned, I would immediatly call and tell them I was not running their order and if they had any more that they intended to double assign to do their business elsewhere. Then I would bill them for a close fee. This would result in me being contacted by someone higher up in the company. I didn't get paid for the close but it would stop them double assigning for a while.I have also called the other repo company and told them that the case was double assigned.

No, you have heard wrong apparently. We do not work for any forwarders, and we also do not work contingent either.

As far as your smart *** statement towards big daddy, grow up and have some respect for people who know a hell of a lot more than you in the industry. He actually said quite a bit in that last sentence, it just is too bad that you cant see it and your so sensitive.
