So thinking we can convince B of A that they will recover more cars with better agents and better service.... I'll see it when I believe it.

They need to hear it. I think that one day the lenders that have left the relationship of direct to the auto repossession companies and went to forwarders will see the error of their ways. They need to be informed and they need to hear they are making poor choices, even if it falls on deaf ears at the moment.

At RSIG we have just added another national client to our National Agency Management System software that was using the forwarding model. We have many we are working with that want to make a change. They realize the agents make more with this type program and know they will get better results as well as having direct contact with the agencies that are working their cases

Sorry for the delay. Last I knew was American Power Sports was handling their assignments for ATV's, RV's and travel trailers. They are out of Arizona. Believe they have a repo company there called Absolute recovery.
