Skip Tracing

Good day everyone! Hope all is well with you and your families and hopefully business is going well. Doing pretty good this year so far but I'm in need of a little assistance with my skip tracing resources. What I'm noticing is the information that I'm getting is either outdated, old, or not currently anywhere near being updated. Please suggest some additional resources that I may can use other than Masterfiles, TLO, and IRB.

I find TLO usually gets you close or to someone who knows the debtor. Of course, you need to know how to interpret the data. About the only thing I use IRB for anymore is busting phone numbers, it does much better than TLO.
