TUSCALOOSA COUNTY, AL (WBRC) - A 64-year-old man is facing attempted murder charge after Tuscaloosa investigators say he shot at someone during a civil dispute over his camper trailer Tuesday evening in the Elrod community.
Tuscaloosa County Metro Homicide investigators say another man, 61, tried to tow Charles Howard's trailer. When Howard saw the man, authorities say he turned his vehicle to block the road and caused a wreck on Plowman Road.
Howard allegedly shot into the vehicle of the man doing the dispute.
Investigators say that man got his gun and returned fire.
Howard was hit in the shoulder. He was treated and released at a local hospital. Authorities arrested him for attempted murder and discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle.
He was placed in the Tuscaloosa County jail on $55,000 bond.

I am curious if the Repo Agent shot while still hauling the camper off or stopped and took aim.
