Jigglers Anyone?

Do any of you ever use the old style jiggler pass keys? Have you even ever heard of them?

I know one guy that uses them and says they still work - well the turn the ignition, but of course they are not a PATS key so it won't start the car.

He just uses them so the tires will turn free and he does not have to drag the vehicle. He ties the steering wheel off with the seat belt and pulls the car silently away.

Truth or not? Anyone else use them?

iv used a good bit they work really well on semis other wise it takes alot of practice but they do work
