Very easy solution
Spotters are paid by the address ran that I have provided. They are provided with phones that have GPS Tracking. I can see where you been and when. So if I have given you a list to run, I will check that you were at every address given. I need an update every time. I pay 3$ tfor you to run the address, I want my update. If you say the unit is there you are paid to sit on it till I get a Professional Recovery Specialist to pick it up. For that they are paid 10$ for each hour they have to sit. But usually we are there within 30 mintues depending on distance. If the truck gets there and the car is gone and you didnt call to let us know asap. then you are paid nothing, and there will be a talk afterwards.
Repossession Specialist- are paid by the repo. I may ask him to do some address running. Very unlikely but if I do we have a fee schedule worked out. My truck, my fuel is my cost. His time is compensated. Unless the repo is at the given address on the first run
All my employees are just that employees. Not contractors or sub-contracts. They are compenstated well. Taxes taken out of checks, etc. There are performace reviews monthly and yearly. and other marks and goals are set dailey and weekly. So I can see if a pattern is developing and action will be taken.
I dont want you to starve, or be on unemployment. However I will remain profitable and not be taken advantage of
